Our Story
Relationships begin at the most unpredictable times of our lives. Ours began by chance. At first, we enjoyed talking to each other like we had been best friends our whole lives. After meeting for the first time, it wasn’t long before we realized we were meant to be together. Our love blossomed in a garden that neither of us were ready to believe would bear such sweet fruit.
Helping each other through our darkest days showed us the true strength of our bond. We’ve learned that our special blend of caution and chaos is a wonderful balance when facing life’s most difficult trials. We’ve chosen to stand by each other throughout it all, and now it’s time to celebrate the brightest days to come, not just with each other, but with each and every one of you.
We will be celebrating at the Indigo Chapel. The location is perfectly situated in a place you’d least expect it, much like where we found one another.
Before it became the place it is today, it was originally known as ‘The Tabernacle’, a local bar teeming with life. The inside was decorated by the incredible artist Jeremy Twiss to reflect its chapel origins and the art he was inspired by.
The space features an expansive floor, two balconies, a bar and a stage, making it the perfect place to celebrate such a wonderful occasion. To preserve the unique, historic nature of the building, the Indigo Chapel has a seating capacity of 99 special guests so we can only accommodate those explicitly named on your formal invitation. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
The Indigo Chapel is easily accessible at street level so fear not, everyone will get to enjoy this special day. As far as what to wear, come as comfortable as you feel like. Because we are not having a traditional ceremony, come ready to celebrate, have a good time and enjoy yourself!
When & Where
We will be tying the knot at the Indigo Chapel (211 Lafayette Ave, Buffalo, NY 14213). The venue is perfectly situated right on the corner of Lafayette Avenue and Grant Street.

4:30 PM | The Ceremony
The Main Event.
We will be keeping it short, sweet, and full of love. Please arrive a few minutes early to grab a seat!
5:00 PM | Cocktails & Reception
Drinks, dinner, and dancing.
Immediately following the ceremony, the space will transition into a party. Get ready for great food, an open bar, and hitting the dance floor.
10:00 PM | The After-Party
The celebration continues.
For those who just aren't ready to go home, we will be keeping the party going late into the night!

Getting Around
Our venue is located right on the corner of Lafayette Ave and Grant St. If you are staying at the hotel or plan on celebrating with a few drinks, we highly recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft to get to and from the venue safely.
Parking
If you are planning to drive, there is a Public Parking lot located at 186 Grant Street, directly across from the 7-Eleven. Additionally, there is an abundance of parking available on the nearby side streets.

What is the dress code?
Come as you are! Because we are having a non-traditional ceremony, there is no formal dress code. Since our venue is a unique, historic art space, we want you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, colorful, and ready to dance the night away in!
Can I bring a plus-one or my children?
In order to keep things intimate and preserve the historic nature of our venue, we have a very strict maximum capacity of 99 guests. Because of this, we can only accommodate those explicitly named on your formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Is the venue accessible?
Yes! Everything is street level with no steps, and there is an accessible ground floor bathroom.
